2025 eCQMs
For the 2025 performance year, Sevocity offers workflows and reports for 20 eCQMs.
About eCQM Workflows
Workflows have been developed to assist Sevocity users with the 2025 electronic clinical quality measures. Although there may be other methods capable of meeting the measures, only the recommended workflows are approved to meet the measure requirements within Sevocity.
These workflows are designed as a supplemental resource and are not a substitute for the eligibility and requirements of the programs for which the eCQMs are being reported.
