Electronic Clinical Quality Measures

Electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs) are designed to use data from electronic health records or health IT systems to measure health care quality and outcomes of patient care. CMS uses eCQMs in a variety of quality reporting and value-based programs.

For the 2026 reporting year, Sevocity offers workflows and reports for 20 eCQMs.
