Vitals General is used to set preferences and display defaults for vitals in the chart and encounter.
Default Current Time: select to automatically populate the current time in the Time field
Default graph time frame: used to set the default time frame for graphing vitals
Vitals Format: used to set the vitals display format on the chart Summary and encounter Note Display
Sorting: used to set default vitals flowsheet sort order
