2026 MIPS Promoting Interoperability Measures
For the 2026 performance year, ECs must submit data for a single set of measures in order to earn a score greater than zero for the MIPS Promoting Interoperability (PI) category. ECs may also choose to attest to one bonus measure to add extra points to their MIPS PI score.
