Clinic Administrator Reports support the administrative health of a practice, ranging from billing and coding reports to encounter status. Clinic Administrator reports also track the clinic’s performance on measures for regulatory programs such as MIPS.
Permissions
Users must have an Access Level of Chart Folder, Summary and View-Only, Restricted Chart Entry, or Full Chart and Clinic Administrator privileges to access the Clinic Administrator reports.
Note
For reports that display information based on patient encounters, the encounter must be finalized in order for the data to appear in the report.
Tip
Most reports generate within seconds; however, reports with complex or numerous criteria may take longer to generate. Users can minimize the Reporting Tool and return to the Sevocity application while the report runs in the background.
Access Reports
Chart Access Report: displays a list of users who have accessed a patient’s chart
User Access Report: displays a list of patient charts that a user has accessed
Appointment Encounter Status Report: displays a list of patient appointments and their associated encounter status
Billing (Detailed) Report: displays a list of all E&M and billing codes for encounters based on the selected location, user, and date range
CDSI Report: displays a list of clinical decision support intervention actions by a user in the CDS chart tab and in encounter CDS Alerts, and the reason for the action, if applicable
Deleted Items Report: displays a list of items deleted from the Clinic Inbox or the Patient Portal Inbox
Encounters Reports
Finalized Encounters Report: displays a list of finalized encounters
Open Encounters Report: displays a list of encounters that have not been finalized
Patient Portal Action Log Report: displays activity that a patient or patient-authorized representative has performed in the portal
Patient Portal Report: displays information on patients enrolled in the portal
Probable Duplicate Charts Report: displays a list of possible duplicate patient charts
Productivity Report: displays a list of finalized encounters with detailed E/M coding

2026 MIPS Promoting Interoperability Measures: displays provider or provider group performance for MIPS PI percentage-based measures
2026 eCQM Report: displays provider or provider group performance on eCQMs
