Open Encounters Report

The Open Encounters Report displays a list of encounters that have not been finalized.

Run the Open Encounters Report
  1. From the Reporting Tool, go to Reports > Encounters > Open Encounters
  2. Select a Locationor leave defaulted to All
  3. Select a Clinic Provider or leave defaulted to All

  4. Select a Sort By value for the report output

  5. Click Create Report
Note
 Reports with an extensive amount of data are unable to be generated as a PDF and will require the user to export the report to view the data.
 
Report Display

The Open Encounters report will display the Patient Name and patient demographic data, Encounter Date, Encounter Type, the user who saved the encounter most recently (Last Saved by), and Clinic Provider.

Export Report Data

Generated report data can be exported and saved outside of Sevocity to a destination selected by the user, such as a network drive or local machine.

  1. From the report, click Export
  2. Select a location to save the file and type a File Name
  3. Click Save

    1. The data will be saved as a comma delimited file (.csv)

  4. Click OK to acknowledge the export is complete

Why is the Export Button Disabled?

The Export button becomes enabled only if there is data in the generated report.
