In This Release...

Three new features have been added to the Merge Duplicate Charts tool:

The Route and Site fields used to Document Vaccine Administration have been updated with standardized selection lists and no longer need to be maintained manually

Documenting Combination Vaccine Administration has been streamlined with a new workflow that eliminates multiple vaccine entries

Patient immunization history can now be imported from bi-directional immunizations registries using the Hx/Forecast button. Customers interested in a bi-directional immunization interface should contact Sevocity Support for more information

A schedule for Meningococcal B has been added to the 2 to 18 immunization schedule, for use with patients 16-18 years of age

Indicators Report has been added to the list of User Reports available in Sevocity. This report generates a list of patient accounts with specified indicators.

The CMS National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) directory has been integrated into the following areas to simplify the management of professional contacts:
- Contact List
- Add New User
- Professional Contacts and Referrals chart tabs
- HPI, Orders and Referrals, and Carbon Copy encounter tabs

The following changes have been made to Sevocity for improved usability:
- A link to Sevocity's Product Idea Submission page has been added to the Help Menu
- Clinics with a Quest bi-directional lab interface can now print test labels for orders with an In House specimen collection
- Patients using the patient portal will now be required to include a message when transmitting their health summary to a third party. The Portal User Guide for Patients has been updated to reflect this change
- C-CDA files that include unstructured content such as images or PDFs can now be viewed within Sevocity. C-CDAs can be received in the Direct Message Inbox or stored directly to a patient chart from the Imported Documents tab or C‑CDA Reconciliation Tool

Whooping Cough vaccine and RSV vaccine have been added to the Plans/Education > Third Trimester tab in the OB Follow Up, OB Initial Visit, and OB Intake encounter types

- Clinic Provider has been added to the Open Encounters Report criteria to enable users to filter the report by Clinic Provider
- The ability to filter by Encounter date or encounter Finalized date has been added to the Finalized Encounters Report
- Medication has also been added to the Encounter Type filter
- Patient Cell Phone and Email have been added to the EDD Report display
