Consultation Note Added to Carbon Copy Tab
A free text field to document a consultation note has been added to the Carbon Copy tab. This field can be populated in patient encounters and encounter templates in which the Carbon Copy tab is available.
Merge Charts Demographics Update
Patient immunization registry and HIE demographics from the Communication Preferences tab have been added to the Merge Charts display to further assist Clinic Administrators in the process of merging duplicate charts. Any differences in data between the two charts will be highlighted for emphasis.
New Encounter Tab Displays
This feature was developed from a customer Product Idea
Dynamic displays have been added to the following encounter tabs: HPI, Past History, Pediatric, Physical Exam, Review of Systems, and Studies. These new displays allow the user to view structured data in the encounter note format as it is being documented.
Patient Portal Inbox Enhancements
The Patient Portal Inbox now features a column and filter list for Clinic Provider. These features are designed to help users view and respond to portal messages more efficiently. Messages can be sorted by Clinic Provider using the column sort function or filtered to display messages only for a selected provider.
Additionally, the patient’s Clinic Provider will now display in the My Info tab in the patient portal.
Transition Note
Messages in the portal inbox prior to the release will display “Unassigned” in the Clinic Provider column
