2024 eCQM Reports
eCQM reports for the 2024 performance year are now available in addition to updated measure workflows. To access the new reports, go to Reports > eCQMs > 2024. Click here to view the new eCQM workflows.
Two new reports have been added to Sevocity to address patient population needs:
Three reports offered in the 2023 performance year have been removed from the 2024 report list because they are no longer eligible for Traditional MIPS reporting:
CMS 69: Preventive Care and Screening: Body Mass Index (BMI) Screening and Follow-Up Plan
CMS 125: Breast Cancer Screening
CMS 130: Colorectal Cancer Screening
The Enable BMI Quality Measure Alert checkbox has been retired from Clinic Settings: Alerts/Reminders/CDS as part of the removal of CMS 69.
2024 MIPS Promoting Interoperability Report
The MIPS Promoting Interoperability (PI) report for the 2024 performance year is now available in addition to the new MIPS PI measure workflows.
