Clinic Administrator Reports

Clinic Administrator Reports support the administrative health of a practice, ranging from billing and coding reports to encounter status. Clinic Administrator reports also track the clinic's performance on measures for regulatory programs such as MIPSClosed Merit-based Incentive Payment System, a performance-based reimbursement program for eligible Medicare clinicians and Medicaid Promoting InteroperabilityClosed Performance-based reimbursement program for eligible Medicaid providers.

Access Reports

Chart Access Report: displays a list of users who have accessed a patient's chart

User Access Report: displays a list of patient charts a user has accessed

Appointment Encounter Status Report: displays a list of patient appointments and their associated encounter status

Billing Report: displays a list of billed E/M codes for Multi-System or Exam encounters

Deleted Items Report: displays a list of items deleted from the Clinic Inbox or the Patient Portal Inbox

Detailed Billing Report: displays a list of all E&M and billing codes for encounters based on the selected location, user, and date range

Encounters Reports

Finalized Encounters Report: displays a list of encounters based on finalization date

Open Encounters Report: displays a list of encounters that have not been finalized

Patient Portal Action Log Report: displays activity that a patient or patient-authorized representative has performed in the portal

Patient Portal Report: displays information on patients enrolled in the portal

Probable Duplicate Charts Report: displays a list of possible duplicate patient charts

Productivity Report: displays a list of finalized encounters with detailed E/M coding

2024 MIPS Promoting Interoperability Report: displays provider or provider group performance for MIPS PI percentage-based measures

2024 eCQM Report: displays provider or provider group performance on eCQMsClosed Electronic Clinical Quality Measure, quality measures that use data from EHRs or Health IT systems
