Brief Interview for Mental Status (BIMS) has been added to the list of Standard Flowsheets in the chart and encounter. This flowsheet is used to screen and identify the cognitive condition of residents in long-term care facilities.
This new flowsheet also supports the eCQM workflow for CMS 149v13: Dementia: Cognitive Assessment. The updated measure workflow can be viewed here.

The Desktop and System Menus have been updated for an optimized and more intuitive user experience. This refreshed visual style includes clear and recognizable icons and a customizable My Profile avatar in the new User Menu.
Users who are more comfortable with the traditional Sevocity Desktop also have the option to revert to the previous layout by changing the Theme in the User Menu.

The following nodes have been added for use in the Past History tab as part of the patient's Surgical History: Abdominal surgery, Amputation, Back surgery, Carpal tunnel surgery, Cholecystectomy, Ear tubes, Eye surgery, Hip Replacement, Knee Replacement, Prostatectomy, Thyroidectomy, Tubal ligation, Vascular surgery, No prior surgeries, and 10 "Other surgery" nodes.
Clinic Administrators can add the new nodes at the CLINIC and user level by selecting the Past History category from the Clinical Content Tool in Preferences. The new items will display in the hardcoded node bank in the left-hand column. Select a node and click the button to add the node to the Surgical History tree.
