- Sevocity user responsible for managing the clinic setup and maintaining the integrity of patient records
- CMS EHR Certification ID
- A 15 digit alphanumeric code required by CMS incentive programs to ensure the submitting provider is using 2015 Edition certified EHR technology

- Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine, a technical standard used in the exhange of medical images and associated data
- Direct Message
- Sevocity feature that exchanges encrypted communication between two parties using DirectTrust (Direct) transport standards

- Eligible Clinician: a Medicare provider who qualifies for MIPS participation

- Electronic Clinical Quality Measure, quality measures that use data from EHRs or Health IT systems

- Eligible Professional: a Medicaid provider who qualifies for the Medicaid Promoting Interoperability Program

- Performance-based reimbursement program for eligible Medicaid providers
- MIPS
- Merit-based Incentive Payment System, a performance-based reimbursement program for eligible Medicare clinicians
