Tools Menu

The Tools menu contains administrator tools and tools to complete patient-related tasks without opening the patient's chart.

Administration Menu: contains Clinic Administrator tools to manage and maintain the integrity of patient records

Security Administration Menu: contains Security Administrator tools to manage user accounts and set the security standards for user access to Sevocity

Clear Cache: tool used to troubleshoot issues with the medication portal

Blank Note Encounter: free text documentation tool for adding notes or information to a patient chart

C-CDA Reconciliation: tool that imports and reconciles locally stored C‑CDA Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture, a document format that enables a patient’s clinical data to be transmitted from one Health IT system to another files into a patient chart

Image/File Import: tool used to add documents and images to a patient chart

Link DICOM Image: tool used to store medical images in DICOM Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine, a technical standard used in the exhange of medical images and associated data format to a patient chart

Patient Handouts: tool used to access educational resources and handouts for patients

Patient Portal: tool used to enroll patients in the portal and generate API access information for patients
