Reports
Sevocity's Reporting Tool offers a wide variety of user and administrator reports that query patient and system data. Reports can be run on demand, and the information generated can be quickly and easily exported for data aggregation and analysis.
To access reports, go to Reports > Open Reporting Tool
User Reports
User Reports provide insight into a clinic's patient population based on demographic and clinical criteria.
Permissions
Users with an Access Level of Summary and View-Only, Restricted Chart Entry, or Full Chart can access the User reports. Users with an Access Level of Chart Folder can access the Demographics Report only.
Clinic Administrator Reports
Clinic Administrator Reports support the administrative health of a practice, ranging from billing and coding reports to encounter status. Clinic Administrator reports also track the clinic's performance on measures for regulatory programs such as MIPS Merit-based Incentive Payment System, a performance-based reimbursement program for eligible Medicare clinicians and Medicaid Promoting Interoperability Performance-based reimbursement program for eligible Medicaid providers.
Permissions
Users must have an Access Level of Chart Folder, Summary and View-Only, Restricted Chart Entry, or Full Chart and Clinic Administrator privileges to access the Clinic Administrator reports.
Security Administrator Reports
Security Administrator Reports monitor user activity within Sevocity such as log in/log out time and PHI Protected Health Information, any individually indentifiable health information exports performed. Security Administrator reports do not contain or display any PHI.
Permissions
Users must have Security Administrator privileges to access the Security Administrator reports.
