Contact Specialties
Tools > Preferences > CLINIC > Contacts List > Contact Specialties
Contact Specialties is a Clinic Administrator tool used to define and manage the Specialty selection list for use in Contact List and Referrals.
- Go to Tools > Preferences > CLINIC > Contact Specialty > Begin Edit
- Click Add to create a new specialty or select an existing specialty and click Change to update the specialty name
- Enter the name of the specialty
- Click Add to add the specialty to the list
- If adding more than one entry to the list, click Add Another to continue adding more specialties
Select an item and click Change to update
Select an item and click Disable to remove from view
Select an item and click the Up arrow to move the item up one place in the list
Select an item and click the Down arrow to move the item down one place in the list
Click Abc to sort the entire list in ascending alphabetical order (A-Z)
