Release Notes December 20, 2022

Coronary artery bypass graft is available for use in the Past History tab as part of the patient's Surgical History. Clinic Administrators can add the new node at the CLINIC and user level by selecting the Past History category from the Clinical Content Tool in Preferences.

'Coronary artery bypass graft' will display in the hardcoded node bank in the left-hand column. Select the node and click the button to add the node to the Surgical History tree.

Nausea/Vomiting has been added to the structured HPI/Chief Complaint(s) section of the OB Initial Visit and OB Follow Up Visit encounter types.

The referral Send Using PPDX feature has been improved to allow users to include data from multiple encounters and multiple encounter types. This functionality is available for referrals sent from the patient chart and encounter.

With this release Sevocity has been updated to Sevocity v.13. Information about Sevocity v.12 can still be accessed from the About Sevocity® page.

The Goals section of the Plan tab now features an associated Target Date for patient goals. The Goals field must be populated to add a goal Target Date.
