Certification Information for Attestation

Providers participating in an incentive or regulatory program that requires the use of CEHRTClosed Certified EHR Technology, an EHR that conforms to the ONC's Health IT Certification Program criteria and standards may be asked to provide the certification information for their EHR as part of the program attestation process. Sevocity customers should use the certification ID for the version of Sevocity used for the attestation period as well as the certification IDs of its integrated features, Rcopia and SES Direct.

CMS EHR Certification ID

The CMS EHR Certification ID is a code required by CMS incentive programs to ensure the submitting provider is using 2015 Edition certified EHR technology. Providers can generate their CMS EHR Certification ID from the ONC Certified Health IT Product List (CHPL) website using the CMS ID Creator tool.
