2022 eCQM Report

1. From the Reporting Tool, go to Reports > eCQMs > 2022
2. Click the name of the measure to be reported
3. Select a Provider or provider Group (listed by TIN)
4. Select a Reporting Period:
   1. Calendar Year: will report data for the current year to date listed on the report
   2. 90 Days: will report data for a continuous 90 day period, calculated based on the From date
   3. Custom date range: will report data based on a specific date range (From–To)
5. Click Create Report

Note

	Reports with an extensive amount of data are unable to be generated as a PDF and will require the user to export the report to view the data.

Why Don't I See the Provider Name in the Report List?

Providers must have an Access Level of Full Chart Level and an NPI in their user profile to display in the Provider or User list for regulatory reports.

The eCQM report will display the Population, Denominator, Exclusions, Exceptions, and Numerator for the measure and Percentage at which the measure is met.

To view a list of patients included in each measure, click Create Drilldown Report.The drill down report will display the patient's Last Name, First Name, Account Number, and the patient's inclusion status in the measure Denominator, Numerator, Exclusions, and Exceptions.

Generated report data can be exported and saved outside of Sevocity to a destination selected by the user, such as a network drive or local machine.

1. From the report, click Export or Export Drilldown Report
2. Select a location to save the file and type a File Name
3. Click Save
   1. The data will be saved as a comma delimited file (.csv)

Why is the Export Button Disabled?

The Export button becomes enabled only if there is data in the generated report.
