Password Reset by Clinic has been added as an Action type on the Patient Portal Action Log Report and will display on the report when a patient's portal password has been reset by the clinic.
The Professional Contacts tab in the patient chart now includes options to specify care team roles for a patient's providers as well as the ability to add clinic users to a patient's care team. The PCP button previously used to designate a professional contact as the patient's primary care provider has been removed, and this designation can be added using Role in the new Care Team Info feature.
The Preferred Mode of Contact field has also been retired from the Add Contact feature as part of these updates.
