Immunizations Administered Report

1. From the Reporting Tool, go to Reports > Immunizations > Immunizations Administered
2. Select a vaccine Tradename from the list
3. Optional: select the vaccine Manufacturer from the list
4. Optional: type a Lot Number for the vaccine
5. Populate Date From and Date To fields to specify the date range for the vaccine administration
6. Click Create Report

Note

	Reports with an extensive amount of data are unable to be generated as a PDF and will require the user to export the report to view the data.

The Immunizations Administered report will display the Patient Name, Account Number, Date vaccine was administered, and Tradename, Manufacturer, and Lot Number of the vaccine.

Generated report data can be exported and saved outside of Sevocity to a destination selected by the user, such as a network drive or local machine.

1. From the report, click Export
2. Select a location to save the file and type a File Name
3. Click Save

   1. The data will be saved as a comma delimited file (.csv)

      

4. Click OK to acknowledge the export is complete

   

Why is the Export Button Disabled?

The Export button becomes enabled only if there is data in the generated report.
