Billing Report

1. From the Reporting Tool, go to Reports > Billing
2. Select a Location or leave defaulted to All locations
3. Select a User or leave defaulted to All users
   1. Selecting a User filters the report to display encounters finalized by the selected user
4. Populate Date From and Date To fields to specify the date range for the encounter
5. Select a Visit Type or leave defaulted to All visit types
   1. If selecting Other as the Visit Type, select a Category
6. Select an E/M Code or leave defaulted to All
7. Select a Sort Type value for the report output
8. Click Create Report

Note

	Reports with an extensive amount of data are unable to be generated as a PDF and will require the user to export the report to view the data.

The Billing report will display the user who finalized the encounter (Provider), Patient Name and Account Number, Encounter Date and encounter Finalization Date, and E/M Code.

Generated report data can be exported and saved outside of Sevocity to a destination selected by the user, such as a network drive or local machine.

1. From the report, click Export
2. Select a location to save the file and type a File Name
3. Click Save

   1. The data will be saved as a comma delimited file (.csv)

      

4. Click OK to acknowledge the export is complete

   

Why is the Export Button Disabled?

The Export button becomes enabled only if there is data in the generated report.
