Release Notes July 15, 2020

The number of modifier fields on the Coding tab has been increased to four for the following visit and encounter types:

Visit Types

• Postoperative Follow-up
• ED Services

• Other: all Categories

  

Encounter Types

• Initial OB Visit
• OB Delivery Summary
• Multi-System encounters with a designated Place of Service of:
  • Assisted Living Facility
  • Home Services
  • Long Term Care
  • Skilled Nursing Facility

  

Previously these visit and encounter types were limited to one modifier field for coding purposes.
